Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

If we do have to return at a later time to wrap up a repair, there will not be an extra service charge. We estimate we finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments after the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to arrive in the early part of our timeframe. However, if a previous appointment or repair goes much longer than we thought it would, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our technicians call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
